Alaina Williams

Serving the Mental Health Community with a wide range of experience in Functional Family Therapy and DBT which encompasses both individual and group therapeutic relationship. Working with a diverse range of clientele from LGBTQIA youth; to mothers struggling with Depression, children and adults that have experienced abuse, neglect and other traumas, survivors of Intimate Partner Violence, individuals battling with substance use, and so much more.

My passion lies in my knowledge that change is possible and that individuals can unearth healthy perceptions of themselves and those around them; that individuals can learn to foster positive relationships and effective communication, and that while taking a look deeper within, individuals can live the life that they’ve always desired to live, being the person, they’ve always aspired to be!
Elsie DaCruz

I would love to journey with you towards peace and wholeness. As a certified pre-marital counselor, I work with couples and individuals moving towards marriage. I am well versed in collaborating with clients in the most challenging times in their lives and assisting them find meaning and comfort when life stops making sense. By utilizing various methods and techniques, including CBT, cognitive restructuring, grief, and bereavement, DBT, and Christian Counseling I journey with individuals suffering from childhood and adult trauma, substance abuse, and marital problems.
Stephanie Bratton
MA, MHC-LP
Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space allows individuals to develop a sense of empowerment. Being a product of West Indian heritage, she is cognizant of the importance of cultural competence and embraces individual uniqueness. Drawing from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches, Stephanie provides individual and group therapy. Particularly passionate about providing services to adults in underserved populations, specifically from the Black/African diaspora. Work includes anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, relationship issues, stress management, and self-esteem. Stephanie has also developed interests in Christian and grief counseling and addressing intergenerational trauma.
Alyssa Crawford

Focusing on creating a safe space where clients feel comfortable and empowered, Alyssa believes that counseling is a collaboration that moves individuals along the path toward self-actualization. Through the use of CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-focused therapeutic approaches, she hopes to assist her clients with achieving their goals, developing a more positive sense of self, and enhancing their worldview.

Heather embraces her clients by holding space for them to have a safe, supportive experience while challenging old thought patterns, or actions to create more meaningful and healthy relationships. She is able to assess and see her clients’ needs and uses a solution-focused approach to support them in acquiring the changes they desire in their life.
Educational and professional background has afforded her experience in CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, conducting assessments, and safety plan and suicide screening. She is warm, compassionate, and understanding.

He utilizes Trauma-Focused and Holistic therapeutic approaches to help clients with long-lasting recovery and growth.
